God is merciful, and in His mercy, He has provided a Savior who will heal all our pain and sorrow if we come to Him in faith.

A true, sincere, and wholehearted trust in God is needed to come to Him.

Jesus said, in the book of Matthew 24:14, tells us, “And he said to them, ‘this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”

In this text, Jesus reminds us that we must preach the Gospel (the gospel of the kingdom) throughout the entire world.

He also emphasizes the importance of the gospel of the kingdom as a testimony to all nations.

The term “faith” can be confusing when used in scripture. Faith is not believing something, but rather trusting something.

For example, I may believe that this book is really good, but I may not believe that I have the gift of faith or the ability to be obedient.

My unbelief, in this case, comes first, and then it is believed after my heart has been made up.

Faith is trusting God, but to those of you who are still lost and unbelieving, you are simply misplaced and doubting.

You can’t have faith in Christ if you have not been born again. You can only have faith in Christ if you accept and make Him Lord over your life.

The Bible teaches us that faith can never be earned, but it is granted to those who are born again.

You can come to God by the power of the Holy Spirit, believe in Him, and receive His promises if you have been born again

In this article, I want to share with you the benefits of Bible Faith to believers in Christ.

Let’s now see 12 proven benefits of having the BIBLE faith:

1. The Word Of God Is His Truth

 According to the Scriptures:

“The Bible is the inspired word of God. Everything that it teaches, everything that it reveals, is completely accurate, completely true, and it never changes.”- 2Timothy 3:16.

You and I live in a world where the truth is constantly evolving. As an example, it used to be a Christian tenet that it was wrong to eat shellfish, until many years ago when the Church got into a bit of hot water when a bunch of its leaders ate a whole lot of lobster.

If we're being honest, there used to be a Christian idea that God separated black and white people in a big-time box, and that no one could go over. However, times have changed.

Evolution and the reality about black and white people changed this. The Christian doctrine about black and white people has changed since the first days of the Church.

Jesus is the truth. The Bible is the truth.

There is no evolution in God’s truth. Period. It’s not subject to change. It’s completely true, and will never change. It never needs to change.

God’s truth is timeless, and we can trust it to lead us in the right direction.

 2. Jesus Is Our Lord And Saviour.

Jesus said it best:

“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.”- Matthew 11:28

“Then Jesus said to his disciples, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.’”-Luke 9:23

If you were going to trust God for anything, it would have to be salvation. Jesus said salvation is the highest and best gift he’s ever given anyone.

This is it. This is the deal. “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”-Romans 6:23

Salvation is not only the greatest gift, but it is also the only gift. God says, “You can never have two masters. I am your master, and I am the only one you will ever have to serve.”

There is nothing in this world worth more to God than having you as a believer. He’s paid an infinite price for you. And by His death and resurrection, He has fulfilled the entire law.

He’s the only one we need to please, and the only one we need to serve.

 3. God’s Word Is Salvation.

The Bible says:

“The word is near you, in your mouth and your heart”- Romans 10:8

“So, faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.”- Romans 10:17

“And he has not sent me to baptize, but to preach the gospel— not with wisdom and eloquence, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.”- 1 Corinthians 1:17

“For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them with an overthrow, having made them an example unto those that should live ungodly; And delivered righteous Lot, being buried in a grave with his wife”- 2 Peter 2:4-8

God loves you. He’s the creator of the universe, and He cares about you more than anything.

He loves you with infinite, all-encompassing love. Christ's love is so strong that it triumphs over His wrath. His wrath is only a tiny bit larger.

His wrath is like the shadow of a little pinprick on a million suns. His love is like the Sun in the sky. Nothing in the universe equals the love God has for you.

Can you realize the gravity of the situation? He loves you so much, that He sent His own Son to die for your sins, and He then rose from the dead to defeat your enemy, Satan.

God’s wrath was an awesome display. But His love is just unfathomable. He will never abandon you, and His love will never leave you.

He saved us for a purpose, and that purpose is for our good. If that’s not enough to secure your eternal salvation, then I don’t know what is.

4. God's Word Is Victory.

We can’t defeat the devil and his kingdom without first defeating his kingdom. This is an important part of the Great Commission, which is mentioned in the Bible in Matthew 28:19-20.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

When God speaks, His words are never meant to be taken lightly. He’s never given you just anything to say He has a pretty face.

You have the Word of God to defeat the devil and his entire dominion.

It doesn’t matter how you feel today, or what’s going on in your world. The Bible is for life, and it has been given the power to conquer sin and death. It was written for your benefit.

Don’t be like the Israelites of old. You have the Word to destroy the devil’s plan and the kingdoms of this world.

The devil will do everything he can to stop you from making disciples of all nations, but God is never late, and He’ll be here soon.

 5. God’s Word is Power.

Jesus said, “As it is written in the book of Psalms, ‘You will not fear the terror of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, Nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday”-psalm 91:5-6.

It's difficult to imagine a more compelling biblical message.

You’re no longer afraid of the darkness. And you are no longer afraid of any terror. The deadly issues of any disease are now beneath your fee.

None of those things hold the same fear, power, and effectiveness as God’s Word does. If it is revealed, it is true. If it is not revealed, it is not true. In other words, what the Bible says about salvation is true.

Nothing will have greater power than God’s Word, and nothing will have greater power to change your life.

6. God’s Word Is Faith.

It’s a key point that Jesus makes in John 5:39.

“You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is these that testify about Me.”

In the Scriptures, the book of Romans, the Apostle Paul emphasized, “We are not without the Spirit.”

He has not given us blind faith. He’s giving us a gift, and that gift is his Spirit. We have a new spirit in us that we didn’t have before. The Holy Spirit has given us the gift of belief. He is the foundation for faith.

That’s why you need the Word of God. You need God’s Word so you can believe what God says about you, and Him.

The only reason that you have faith at all is because of God’s Word.

 7. God’s Word Is The Truth.

Jesus said, “For what I receive is not that which I would like to receive, but that which I am assured that I have already received. For I have learned to desire to do what is good and to reject what is evil.”-Romans 7:7-8

The Scripture says, “The Message of the Bible is a ‘truth’ message”. Every one of the Bible’s teachings is an indisputable statement of God’s Word.

Do you need the truth?  There's no better moment than now to learn the truth. You are aware of the truth. Your truth is Jesus.

And you know where the truth is. Jesus is your truth. He died on the cross to provide it.

Here is the ultimate truth in the Bible:

“In Christ God reconciled you to himself.”-2 Corinthians 5:18

Do you need the truth? It’s available in Jesus.

8. God’s Word Is Life.

Life is God’s gift to you. He has given you life to live. His word says, “I’m going to give you eternal life.”

You can have a relationship with God through Christ that is better than any relationship you can have with anyone else.

The Bible says, “My word is truth.” He has revealed the truth that He is the one you need to serve, love, and please. The Bible has the power to transform lives. It nourishes life.

But life and truth aren’t the same. There’s more truth than you could imagine in God’s Word.

If you need the truth, you need the Bible.

 9. God’s Word is the Salvation.

Jesus said, in the scripture “For this reason, the law was given through Moses so that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled.”-Romans 3:21

Jesus said that His death on the cross fulfilled the law. He shed His blood to cover your sins. He didn't die so you may get God's wrath as a gift.

Jesus died to bring you salvation. The Bible says, “Jesus Christ has abolished the law with his obedience.”-Colossians 2:14

You have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ. He purchased your salvation with the price of His blood.

“I am writing to you, dear children, because your sins have been forgiven on account of his [God’s] mercy.”-1 John 2:2

Your salvation has been performed by Jesus, and it has already been accomplished through God's Word.

10. God’s Word is the Spirit.

“God is faithful; he will not let you be tested beyond your ability, but with the testing, he will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it.” — 1 Corinthians 10:13

God is true. He loves you. He died to rescue you. He gave you His Word to get you saved.

The truth is never too great or too important to trust. Do you trust God’s Word?

God says, “He will give you His Holy Spirit.”

  • You are safe.
  • You are loved.
  • You are complete.

 11. God’s Word is Peace.

Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” — John 14:27

God gives us peace in His word. The Bible says, “God is your refuge and your strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” — Psalm 46:1

When you find the peace that God’s Word offers you, you’ll find it in the Word. And you’ll find a greater peace than any world-gaining peace can give.

You can find peace in His presence, peace in His Word, and peace in His promise to be with you forever. It is a comforting thought that Jesus left us the Word that can provide peace and assurance.

12. God’s Word is for Everyone.

There is hope for everyone who seeks God, says the Bible. The truth is that God has a plan for you. He’s given you His Word that has everything you need to be with Him, and to follow Him.

You can have peace and security. You have access to God's truth.

The Bible says, “The Lord is my portion; therefore, will I hope in him.” — Lamentations 3:24.

The more you read the Bible, the more you will have hope. You’ll know the peace that can never be taken away. You may be a Jew or a Muslim or a Christian. The Bible applies to everyone.

Conclusion

Since the faith of Christ, the Christ of the Bible, is true, then it should have positive effects on a believer’s daily life.

This is especially true if you believe that the Christian faith and its message are based on God’s infallible Word, the Bible.

I have discovered that Christ's faith is more than simply knowledge – it's a life-changing, transforming, and living faith. As a result, it should lead to more fulfilling living and the life you desire.

As I learn and study the word, the more I see the benefits of a Christian believing in the Bible.

The Bible religion possesses a powerful force that has the potential to completely transform your life.
